Adult Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program

Adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Programs provide quality professional services in an outpatient setting for individuals who use and misuse substances. An array of services is available to assist adults achieve independence and recovery. On-site outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services are based on the individual’s needs and assessment. Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient provide the following services:

• Assessment
• Care Coordination
• Counseling (individual and group)
• Family Therapy
• Medication Services
• MAT for OUD
• MAT for AUD and other non-opioid SUD
• Patient Education
• Recovery Services
• SUD Crisis Intervention Services
• Ambulatory Withdrawal Management

Other Additional Services:
Imperial County Jail and Federal Correctional Facilities
Services provided include screenings by a SUD Counselor for any individual currently receiving Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) while incarcerated for continued maintenance and linkage to outpatient and/or recovery services. Furthermore, SUD Assessments and care coordination requested by the court is conducted by a Behavioral Health Therapist to determine the level of care of treatment while an individual is in custody for the purpose of successful linkage to outpatient or residential treatment.

Additionally, Adults SUD Treatment Program offers residential withdrawal management and treatment, and recovery residence services.
